Off Broadway is a cozy, cute and tiny antique cottage built c1902 from the wreck of the schooner Isaac H. Tillyer. It was fully restored and refurbished inside and out in 2023. Located in the center of the village, the cottage boasts great views of Martha’s Vineyard, the Sound and Cuttyhunk Channel. There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms, one double, one twin, upstairs, manicured lawns, front porch, and back deck with grill. The cottage is best for two adults but call to discuss party size.
