Off Broadway, formerly “Dot’s Gifts” is a cozy, cute and tiny antique cottage built c1902 from the Cuttyhunk wreck of the schooner Isaac H. Tillyer. It was fully restored and refurbished inside and out in 2023. Located in the center of the village, the cottage boasts great views of Martha’s Vineyard, the Sound and Cuttyhunk Channel. There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs (one double, one twin). Outside deck, grill, dining table with four chairs and umbrella plus two Adirondacks, all with views of Martha’s Vineyard. Manicured lawns and front porch. The cottage is for a maximum of four people.

Cottage details

Indoor: Fridge/freezer (10cu ft including 3 cu ft freezer), microwave, multi-function oven, double hot plate, Kettle, coffee press, Wifi (Starlink) and TV, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers

Outdoor: Deck, grill with propane included, dining table with four chairs and umbrella, two Adirondack chairs, small café table with two chairs. Garden hose.

All linens, bath towels, cutlery, crockery, mugs and glasses provided

No dishwasher, no washer/dryer (drying rack provided for sun drying)

Children friendly. Children’s crockery. Games available including croquet, horseshoes, chess. Pack and Play, safety gate - all by request

15-minute leisurely half-mile walk to beaches; Channel, Barges and Church’s

150-yard walk to town facilities; Library, Post Office, Church, Children’s Playground, Historical Society

350-yard walk to most eateries (Fish Dock)

Terms

All weeks $1,700 for 2026, inclusive of taxes

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. No daily or weekend rentals

Check in at 2pm and check out at 10am

Payment by check, Venmo, bank transfer or email for other options

50% nonrefundable deposit to make a reservation firm
